Submission Guidelines

We invite high-quality papers that present original research, case studies, reviews, and innovative solutions relevant to the conference themes. Submissions should adhere to the following format:

• Abstract: Max 300 words.
• Full Paper should be no less than 8 pages, including references, using the Springer Template. Download the template here: Springer Template.

Papers will undergo a rigorous peer-review process, and accepted papers will be published in the conference proceedings. Selected works may also be invited for publication in partnering journals.

Important Deadlines

• Paper Submission Deadline: March 15, 2025 → April 10, 2025
• Acceptance Notification: April 15, 2025 → April 20, 2025
• Camera-ready Paper Submission: April 25, 2025 → April 30, 2025
• Registration: April 28, 2025 → May 02, 2025

Publications

Accepted papers will be published in Scopus-indexed proceedings and in special issues of indexed specialized journals.
